Monique joins the C12 Group Northern New Jersey in the capacity of facilitator and executive business coach for Christian Business Owners/CEOs and their Key Players. Monique spent almost 20 years working as a corporate attorney, focusing on M&A, private equity, and business process outsourcing. In addition to her transactional practice, Monique was also a divisional General Counsel, providing legal leadership on a variety of matters for one of Honeywell International’s global business segments. Prior to joining C12, Monique has coached executives at numerous Fortune 500 companies and led a CEO peer advisory group for high-growth, venture capital-backed companies. She also served as an Executive Pastor, providing spiritual and strategic leadership to her local church, including oversight for numerous ministries, financial management, staff development and church administration. As an Executive Pastor, Monique developed her heart to care for congregants and to reach her community. Above all, she is a wife, mother, and daughter of Christ.
