NANCY MCCOLGAN

Nancy is a highly accomplished and results-oriented financial services senior executive with extensive experience in leading teams, coaching and mentoring employees, growing businesses, overseeing corporate restructuring and acquisition activity, and working closely with families across the wealth spectrum on financial and legacy planning, philanthropy, investments, and tax issues. For the past several decades her senior leadership and management background includes multiple COO/CAO and regional Managing Director roles with large global asset management organizations and the sixth-largest national association bank in the country.  Experiencing how a commitment to servant leadership and caring for employees and clients can change the dynamics of a workplace in powerful ways, she entered into a period of prayer and discernment over a period of several years in how God was calling her to assist other faith-driven Christian business leaders in transforming their businesses.  This eventually led her to C12, where, as a forum guest, she witnessed the power of “iron sharpening iron” (referring to Proverbs 27: 17) with a group of high performing Christian C-level executives who met monthly in an authenticate and confidential setting to challenge one another to transform their businesses and their personal lives through aligning and applying relevant business practices and Biblical principles with an eternal perspective. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Notre Dame of Maryland University, a Master of Science in Personal Financial Planning, and holds the Certified Financial Planner® designation.  She and her husband, Fran, a practicing physician, have been married for 20 years and love spending time with their two grandchildren, Oliver and Penelope.  They are long-time and active members of Hunt Valley Church and have hosted or attended small group Scripture studies for many years. In their free time, they enjoy biking, traveling, and fixing up their 100-year-old original waterman’s house on Maryland’s historic eastern shore.

“C12 is everything I was looking for and more of what I didn’t know I needed. My peers challenge me in my blind spots, love me in hard times, and encourage me to glorify God in the way I lead my team. It’s a home for business leaders.”

Brittany Zeller, founder and director of Tiny Feet Early Intervention / South Carolina C12 member
