STEVE DALTON

Steve Dalton serves as a Chair with C12 Business Forums in the Virginia Blue Ridge Territory. C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEO’s, business owners, and executives, serving 4.000 members in both the United States and internationally. Steve has been serving since 2025 and currently serves thirteen members in one CEO Forum and one Key Player Forum.

Prior to joining C12, Steve served as a Growth Manager/Project Manager for a political subdivision in the state of Virginia meeting with owners/CEO’s of manufactures to support their businesses with consulting services. Under his leadership, he led multiple companies in obtaining and supporting DoD certifications with cybersecurity and quality management systems. Steve’s background also includes corporate experience as a manager of onshore and offshore (India & Northern Ireland) employees in policy administration for a large insurance company.

Steve has been part-owner of a paper wholesale company where he was a territory manager and grew his business to approximately one million in sales. Throughout Steve’s career, he has been a sought-after coach and mentor in the areas of marketing strategy, team development, sales and operations. Steve holds the ACC certification through the International Coaching Federation with expertise as an Executive and Business Coach.

Additionally, Steve actively serves as a part-time Men Boys Mission Strategist for the non-profit HisMission through the WMUV/HerMission. He is also an active member of the Botetourt Virginia Gideons International.

Steve lives in Daleville, Virginia with his wife, Tarin. They have two adult children.
