KEN WHAH

Ken is passionate about serving companies, their team members, and the communities they live in by helping equip leaders to advance a culture where every team member is loved and has the opportunity to add value every day.  Ken Whah serves as Principal Chair with C12 Business Forums in West Michigan and Northern Indiana. C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives, serving 4,700 members throughout the United States and internationally.

Ken Whah has extensive experience and success serving as a President, CEO, board member, and board Chairman of multiple companies, for profit and non-profit.  He is currently Board Chairman of the Global Cold Chain Foundation.

Most recently, Ken was President of CORE X Partners, a private equity backed start-up in the cold storage and logistics Industry.  As President, he was responsible for developing and executing the nationwide growth strategy including M&A and new developments.  Prior to CORE X, Ken was President & Chief Executive Officer of Hanson Logistics.  He assisted the family in successfully growing and selling the company to Lineage, the largest player in the Industry.  Prior to joining the cold chain Industry, Ken spent a total of 23 years at Whirlpool advancing through leadership and executive roles across a multitude of functions including engineering, marketing, innovation, sales, logistics, and general management.

Ken is married to Danielle and they have 6 kids together and reside in Southwest Michigan.  They enjoy boating, family vacations, and spending time with their grandson.  They are members of Lakeshore Christian Church where Ken serves as an elder and Danielle serves as the ministry director for missions.  Ken also has served on the board of directors for Cornerstone Alliance and The First Tee of Benton Harbor.  They are big Michigan fans – Go Blue!
