Aaron serves as a Chair with C12 Business Forums in the Tampa Bay area. Aaron is a native of Tampa, Florida having attended Corpus Christi and Jesuit Highschool.

C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives, serving 4,000 members throughout the United States and internationally. Aaron has been serving as a C12 Chair since 2024. 

Aaron’s passion is to see dramatic advancement and improvement in people and companies. C12 offers an excellent platform to apply his 30+ years of business process experience, along with God’s redeeming grace, from which the Lord works with incredible transformation in the businesses and lives of his clients. Aaron also holds Science degrees from FSU, Master’s-level education from ND Mendoza College and he is also trained on EOS, 4DX, Leadership, and Self Deception, Scaling up, and Extraordinary Leadership). He has spent most of his career improving business operations and people processes to achieve greater efficiencies and quality.

Additionally, Aaron currently lives in Tampa Bay with his wife, Tricia. They have raised two children, Evan and LillieBeth, and enjoy their Boston Terriers, Oakley and Kona.

Aaron’s life verse is drawn from a reverence to the Lord’s word. “Then the church throughout Judea, Galilee and Samaria enjoyed a time of peace. It was strengthened; and encouraged by the Holy Spirit, it grew in numbers, living in fear of the Lord.” Acts 9:31
