ALDON PURDHAM

Aldon E. Purdham, Jr. is a seasoned executive, military leader, and entrepreneur with a track record of scaling organizations and leading complex operations. Most recently, he served as Founder, CEO, and President of In Honor of JADE LLC dba Talem Home Care, growing the startup to $12 million in revenue within six years, serving more than 300 clients, and training over 600 employees in a culture of service and compassion before successfully selling the company in November 2024.

Prior to this, Aldon was COO of Avery Asphalt, where he improved productivity, quality, and delivery across multi-state operations, increasing revenue from $12M to $15M in 18 months. He also served as a strategic consultant with Deloitte, leading cross-functional teams on large-scale transformation and systems implementation projects for federal agencies including DHS, NSA, and U.S. Cyber Command.

Aldon retired from the U.S. Air Force as a Colonel after a distinguished career commanding critical intelligence, space, and cyber operations. In his final assignment, he led 1,000 personnel and managed $4 billion in assets while advising senior military leaders on global threats. He was also selected to establish and lead the National MASINT Management Office, overseeing a $500 million budget and coordinating efforts across 25 intelligence agencies.

Known for his servant leadership, Aldon excels at building high-performance teams, revitalizing organizations, and aligning strategy with execution. He is active in his church and community in Charlotte, NC, where he lives with his wife of 32 years. They have four children and two grandchildren. He holds degrees from the University of Virginia, Kansas State University, and the USAF Air University.
