Prior to joining C12 Pittsburgh, Alicia Hoey served as Chief of Staff and Director of Implementation and Strategy Realization for the Office of the Chief Financial Officer at Highmark Health, one of the nation’s largest integrated healthcare organizations with $30B in revenue annually.

Alicia’s background also includes experience as the owner of Alicia Hoey Consulting, where she advised nonprofit, educational, and mission-driven organizations on strategy, branding, and stakeholder engagement, as well as roles at Giant Eagle and the Coalition for Christian Outreach.

Throughout her career, Alicia has been a trusted advisor and consultant to senior leaders and emerging executives. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Geneva College.
