BERNARD VAN VUUREN

Throughout his career Bernard has fulfilled several roles in a variety of industries. As an experienced and passionate leader in people empowerment, organisational effectiveness, human factors and leadership development, Bernard is excited to help leaders align their faith, leadership, and family life in building businesses that reflect both excellence and eternal purpose.

He holds a PhD from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), and as a graduate of MIT Sloan School of Management’s Design Thinking programme, he combines applied research with strategic interventions to drive engagement, well-being, and high performance in the workplace.

Married to Kahrien for over 31 years, Bernard considers himself profoundly blessed with three children, two of whom are married—all serving the Lord.

Passionate about serving business leaders across South Africa, Bernard counts it a privilege to be part of C12, where he helps leaders walk boldly in their calling, purpose, and relationship with Jesus Christ.
