William (Bill) Dilworth is passionate about equipping leaders to follow God in every area of life so that they can go further than they ever imagined. Bill has served in several leadership roles throughout his career. He has served as the pastor of a church for 26 years, a business owner for 12 years and held various leadership roles in manufacturing businesses. Serving as a C12 chair allows him to pull each of the experiences that God has given him and use that knowledge to uniquely equip others called to the role of leader. He recognizes that being the leader of an organization is rewarding, but is guaranteed to be challenging. Many aspiring business leaders fail to recognize the depth of what will be required of them to lead a company on a professional, personal and spiritual level. As a C12 chair, Bill believes in overcoming challenges in both life and business by consistently discovering and implementing God-honoring solutions. Over the years Bill has experienced many rewards and challenges of leadership and is excited to connect with business owners and CEOs to understand their context and to equip them to lead their business for the glory of God. Bill has been married for about 30 years and has 5 children.  He enjoys traveling with his family to experience unique places and enjoys classic cars.
