Bob is a Christ-centered, seasoned business leader and a nationally recognized speaker in employee engagement, religious freedom, and employment law. He is enthusiastic and committed to helping executives succeed in their businesses, personal relationships, and lives.

Before joining C12, he was Senior Counsel and Corporate Affairs Director for Alliance Defending Freedom. Bob also served as President, General Counsel, and Board member for an award-winning national manufacturer in the automotive sector and was Senior Counsel for an independent distributor of a vehicle manufacturer. He began his legal career as a civil litigator in Houston.

Bob graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing. He earned a J.D. from South Texas College of Law – Houston, where he was a member of two national championship moot court teams.

Bob has actively participated in leadership positions for his church and community throughout his professional career. He is also commissioned as a Colson Fellow.
