Brandon has decades of experience working on the human side of executive and organizational leadership, partnering with business owners, ministry leaders, New York Times bestselling authors, coaching leaders within Fortune 500 organizations, and guiding diverse clients through transformative change. Currently, he serves as Chair with C12 Business Forums in the Denver Metro Area and is a sought-after coach, facilitator, and guide for CEOs, entrepreneurial leaders, and executive teams.

As a seasoned observer of individual, team, and organizational behavior, Brandon is renowned for his ability to guide groups and individuals to breakthroughs with insightful precision, interdisciplinary expertise, and a transformative presence. Clients describe him as catalytic and generative, a keen listener, and someone who equips high-capacity leaders and teams to succeed by integrating their lives and recovering their deepest desires.

A graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), Brandon is a certified Professional Coach and holds certifications in Family Business Advising from the Family Firm Institute. He also holds degrees from the University of Georgia and Covenant Seminary, where he focused on organizational leadership. Additionally, he has completed advanced studies on the intersection of neuroscience and transformative change.

Brandon has been a guest lecturer on leadership for the University of Denver Daniels College of Business, Denver Institute, Thrivent Financial, and other organizations throughout the Front Range. In his earlier years, he was a marathon runner and professional whitewater river guide. He resides with his wife and two children outside of colorful Denver, CO, and enjoys scheming new adventures with them.
