Charles (Chuck) Eapen serves as the Managing Partner for The C12 Group in northern NJ. He is a husband, father and disciple of Jesus and longs to see people come to know Jesus as the answer for all of life’s issues and concerns including their business! He lives at the intersection of Faith and Work and views the Great Commission as the strategic answer for the challenges we face in stewarding relationships, business responsibilities and leadership development. Chuck holds both undergraduate (Electrical Engineering, SUNY Stony Brook) and graduate (Old Testament, Nyack University) degrees that blend technology and theology. His corporate background entails technology and organizational leadership in the electronics manufacturing sector. He has served in the capacity of CEO, President/COO along with other senior roles over his 30+ year professional career. He has consulted in the areas of organizational development, product development, sales and fiscal controls to the Fortune 100 as well as SMEs. Chuck’s passion is to see the marketplace mobilized by God’s stewards as they live out the Great Commandment in and through their businesses. Currently, he serves multiple C12 Groups of CEO/Owners as well as their Key Players and looks forward to Building (even more) GREAT Businesses for a GREATER Purpose™.
