Dan Weddle serves as a C12 Chair in Memphis, Tennessee, where he equips Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives to integrate biblical principles into every aspect of their businesses. Through C12, the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian business leaders, Dan is passionate about helping leaders build companies that honor God, strengthen families, and positively impact their communities.

Before joining C12, Dan served as President and CEO of ProTech Services Group, one of the Mid-South’s largest privately owned technology solutions providers. During more than 30 years of executive leadership, he transformed the company from a small technology consulting firm into a respected regional leader in managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, technology consulting, and talent acquisition. His leadership earned ProTech recognition for innovation, exceptional customer service, and a people-first culture.

Dan’s diverse career also includes experience in law enforcement, including undercover narcotics investigations, which helped shape his leadership philosophy rooted in integrity, accountability, courage, and servant leadership. Today, he is a trusted coach and mentor who believes business is one of God’s greatest platforms for ministry and influence.

Committed to serving his community, Dan has held leadership roles with organizations including Leadership Memphis, the Greater Memphis IT Council, the Memphis Shelby Crime Commission, Chamber Benefits, Inc., and Streets Ministries, where he serves as Board Chairman. He is passionate about advancing servant leadership, workforce development, and opportunities that strengthen the Memphis region.

Dan and his wife, Mikki, live in Memphis, Tennessee, and are the proud parents of four children and grandparents of four. Their family’s journey through both tremendous blessings and profound loss has deepened their faith and strengthened their commitment to mentoring others, serving their church, and encouraging leaders to persevere with hope and purpose.
