Donovan is an experienced business leader and executive coach with a passion for developing and facilitating growth.

Donovan served in the United States Air Force as a Hospital Administrator. During his military career, he had the pleasure of leading several medical teams during Operation Desert Storm and Operation Enduring Freedom.

After a successful military career, Donovan transitioned into corporate America where he became an executive coach, leadership consultant, and a training and development professional for several well-known organizations – i.e., Sodexo, JLL, Atlanta Public Schools and Hunt Brothers Pizza. With extensive organizational leadership experience and a desire to see people grow, Donovan is equipped to serve leaders as they look to build successful businesses that glorify the Kingdom of God. Donovan, his wife Patricia, and their two children are members and servants of Word of Faith Family Worship Cathedral in Austell, GA and he and his family reside in Kennesaw, GA.
