GREGOIRE AUCAMP

Gregoire Aucamp is a senior business transformation leader with more than 30 years of professional experience. Throughout his career, Gregoire has worked with complex organizations and multi-stakeholder environments across industries. He has led major transformation initiatives and helped executive teams translate strategic intent into practical delivery roadmaps.

At EY Consulting, Gregoire served as a Senior Manager in business transformation delivering large-scale initiatives and working closely with executive and senior leadership. His experience includes business transformation initiatives across Africa.

His career began as teacher before moving into a corporate environment in 1992. Over more than three decades, he progressed through management, operational management and consulting roles, combining practical business experience with formal academic and professional development. He holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Johannesburg and a PMP® Certified Professional credential.

Gregoire’s professional journey has increasingly brought together business, leadership, people and purpose. His experience in church leadership and community involvement has strengthened his desire to use his business experience in ways that serve people and create lasting value. Gregoire’s mission is to combine his corporate and consulting experience with his passion for business leadership, mentoring, advisory work and ministry to partner with Christian CEOs and business owners through C12 to help them build businesses that are both successful and purpose driven.
