His career highlights include leading a comprehensive regional criminal justice agency, successfully owning and operating multiple businesses, and serving in impactful roles within his church such as small group leader, financial counselor, and Divorce Care facilitator.

Hal’s expertise encompasses strategic planning, financial management, team development, and effective change management.

Hal is a devoted husband to Mary and a proud father to daughter Hailey and step-sons Simon and Matthew. Hal also enjoys flying and Gator sports.
