JEFF KILPATRICK

Jeff Kilpatrick serves as a Chair with C12 Business Forums in North Texas. C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives, serving 5,000+ members throughout the United States and internationally. Jeff has been serving as a C12 Chair since 2026.

Prior to joining C12, Jeff served as President of EGW Utilities, an industrial distributor serving the natural gas and waterworks market, responsible for over 100 employees. Under his leadership, EGW grew from $16 to $50 million in revenue and was successfully sold to Core & Main, a Fortune 500 industrial distributor.

Jeff’s background also includes experience as the CEO of Whitmore Manufacturing and various other management roles in manufacturing, technology, publishing, and management consulting businesses. Throughout Jeff’s career, he has been a sought-after coach and mentor in assisting smaller businesses through the strategic, leadership, and operational challenges necessary to become a professional lower middle market company.

Jeff lives in Dallas with his wife Lisa. They have four adult children: Kathleen, Sydney, Kate, John and his faithful lab Coya.
