JOSH CHAPMAN

Josh Chapman serves as an Associate Chair with C12 Business Forums in Dothan and Montgomery, Alabama. C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives, serving 4,000 members throughout the United States and internationally. Josh has been serving as a C12 Chair since 2026 and currently serves 20 members in 2 CEO forums. 

Prior to joining C12,  Josh served as CEO with Open Key Property Management, responsible for providing property management services in Southeast Alabama and the Panhandle of Florida. Under his leadership, Open Key grew to managing over 500 units in the first 2 years of business.  Josh’s background also includes experience in Real Estate Investment and Civil Engineering. Throughout  Josh’s  career, he has been a sought-after coach and mentor in the area of Real Estate Investment. 

Additionally,  Josh actively serves on the board of various non-profit organizations including Dothan Rotary Club, Wiregrass Rehabilitation Center (providing employment for individuals with disabilities), and the Dothan Area Chamber of Commerce. Josh  lives in Dothan with his wife, Hannah. They have 2 children, Mac and Tully and labradoodle Cash. 

Josh’s life verse is, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” – Matthew 11: 28-30
