Josh Hood serves as a Chair with C12 Business Forums in North Texas. C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives, serving 4,000 members throughout the United States and internationally.

Prior to joining C12, Josh’s career spanned multiple industries and roles, including healthcare, technology, sales, marketing, nonprofits, and human resources. He is a trusted coach and mentor in the areas of leadership, culture-building, business development, and organizational health.

Josh lives in Rockwall, Texas, with his wife Alicia. They have five children (four adopted, one biological): Timothy, Savannah, Jadon, David, and Levi.
