KERI RUESCHEN
Territory Served
Prior to joining C12 as Chair for Southeast Louisiana, Keri Rueschen built a career spanning more than two decades across executive coaching, corporate strategy, organizational development and behavior, cross-cultural leadership coaching, and international business. Her background includes senior roles within the international airline group Lufthansa – across Lufthansa Cargo AG and Lufthansa Systems AG – where she worked at the intersection of airline IT, organizational development, and change management, serving worldwide clients and teams across Europe and beyond. Her broader experience spans industries including corporate travel finance, economic development, international trade, and retail. As co-founder of Sow and Reap Coaching, she has spent her independent career equipping leaders to see themselves, their organizations, and their potential more clearly.
Keri’s path to C12 is not a straight line—it is the kind of story that only makes sense in retrospect. She has navigated significant health challenges throughout her life and career, the kind that forced her again and again to relinquish control and trust that what God was building in the waiting was worth it. Through that journey, she came to understand that her lifelong passion for leadership—for vision, strategy, and the development of people—was meant to be expressed not as one leader, but by pouring into many. She describes her role as Chair simply: a vessel, equipped with a rich toolbox, trusted to help business owners lead with both excellence and purpose.
Keri is a Baton Rouge native who spent many years living and working in Europe before returning to Southeast Louisiana in 2018 with her husband Martin, a German native who served as C12 Chair for the region for five years. Together they have developed a deep love for the warmth, hospitality, and spirited culture that makes South Louisiana unlike anywhere else—the kind of place where relationships run deep and community is built around a shared table. Keri holds a BS in Economics, International Trade, and Finance from LSU, completed graduate studies in International Business and German at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, speaks fluent German, and holds coaching credentials from CTI and Coach U.
