KEVIN MCDUGLE
Kevin W. McDugle serves as Principal Chair with C12 Business Forums in Tulsa and the surrounding communities. C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives, serving more than 4,000 members across the U.S. and internationally. Kevin launched C12 in the Tulsa market in May 2026 with a vision to build a community of 500+ Christian leaders committed to building great businesses for a greater purpose—advancing the Kingdom of God through leadership, stewardship, and impact.
Before joining C12, Kevin spent more than 30 years as a CEO and business owner, founding and leading multiple companies, including Tulsa Hearing Aid Technologies, Lawyer Marketing Services, eXpect3 Marketing, and Medical Innovation Centers of America. He has grown organizations employing hundreds of team members and generating millions in annual revenue. Having personally navigated the challenges of growth, culture, strategy, and succession, Kevin brings practical, lived experience to the leaders he serves.
Kevin also served as Executive Director of Soldier’s Wish and as an Oklahoma State Representative for eight years, where he held key leadership roles and advocated for principled, pro-business policies. His public service reflects a commitment to integrity, courage, and servant leadership.
An accomplished author and speaker, Kevin has written multiple books and trained under renowned leadership experts like John Maxwell and Tony Robbins. He is passionate about equipping leaders through a blend of biblical wisdom, marketplace experience, and disciplined execution.
Kevin lives in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, with his wife, Mary. They have five children, three grandchildren, and a dog named Kash.
