Larry McKeel serves as a C12 Chair in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, where he works with Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives through peer advisory forums and one-on-one coaching. With more than 30 years of experience in banking and business finance and eight years as a C12 member, Larry is passionate about helping Christian leaders build great businesses for a greater purpose.

A Christ-centered leader, Larry has dedicated his career to serving others through the marketplace. He spent three decades in banking, most notably as Market President for Wells Fargo in Wilson, North Carolina. In that role, he advised business owners and executives, helping them navigate financial decisions and business challenges with integrity, wisdom, and compassion.

Following his banking career, Larry spent approximately 10 years in the transportation industry, most recently serving as Treasurer of Finance at Mangum’s Transportation Solutions in Wilson. There, he applied biblical principles to financial stewardship, strategic planning, and organizational leadership, contributing to the company’s growth and operational excellence.

After experiencing the value of C12 firsthand for eight years, Larry embraced the opportunity to serve as a Chair, beginning a new chapter in his professional and spiritual journey. C12 is the world’s largest peer advisory organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives. In his role, Larry facilitates peer forums and provides individual coaching to help leaders integrate their faith into their business practices, align decisions with Scripture, and pursue excellence in both business and personal discipleship. His goal is to encourage leaders to honor God through their leadership, strengthen their organizations, and make a lasting impact on their employees, families, and communities.

Larry’s commitment to Christ extends well beyond the workplace. He has served on the boards of the American Red Cross, Wilson United Way, Wilson Pregnancy Center, and the Wilson Economic Development Council. He also volunteers with local ministries and outreach programs, including the Wilson Crisis Center, Wilson Soup Kitchen, and Shiloh Church’s Night to Shine, a Tim Tebow Foundation event celebrating individuals with special needs.

Known for his steady leadership, servant’s heart, and commitment to biblical principles, Larry seeks to glorify God in every area of his life. Through his work with C12 and his community involvement, he strives to help others lead with purpose, serve with compassion, and use their businesses as a platform for lasting Kingdom impact.
