LEON DE VILLIERS

Leon de Villiers is an experienced business and people-development professional serving business owners and CEOs across Central South Africa. With nearly three decades of experience across corporate, entrepreneurial and operational environments, his career has spanned financial services, business management, sales, operations, training, leadership development and organisational performance.

His career includes experience in financial services (Liberty Life), international business operations (Regus Tanzania), corporate training and development (including organisations such as Tiger Brands, Clover, Hilti and Gautrain), and people and business performance (Executive Motor World). Across these environments, Leon has worked with business owners, executives, managers and employees, gaining practical insight into the realities of leading people while delivering against business objectives, customer expectations and performance targets.

More recently, his work has focused on helping businesses strengthen leadership, performance, accountability, communication, team effectiveness and workplace culture, while working one-to-one with leaders and employees to identify and overcome barriers to performance.

Leon brings to C12 a distinctive combination of commercial understanding and insight into people. He has a natural ability to recognise underlying organisational and individual challenges, understand what drives behaviour, and help leaders turn those insights into practical, results-focused action.

As a C12 Chair, Leon is passionate about walking alongside Christian CEOs and business owners as they build healthy, high-performing businesses, develop their people and pursue a greater Kingdom purpose through the marketplace.
