LOREN RICHMOND

Loren Richmond serves as Chair with C12 Business Forums in Greater Milwaukee. C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives, serving 4,000 members throughout the United States and internationally. Loren began serving as a C12 Chair in 2026, bringing decades of executive leadership experience and a heart for discipling business leaders.

Since 2024, Loren has worked as a Business Partner with Oak Hill Business Partners, collaborating with CEOs and senior executives to enhance organizational effectiveness through strategic planning, leadership development, and operational improvement. Prior to Oak Hill, Loren served as Vice President at Generac Power Systems, a $4.6B manufacturer of energy solutions, where he led a division with revenue of $3.0 billion and 3,000 employees. Under his leadership, Loren orchestrated an $80 million facility startup that increased revenue capacity by $1.5 billion and developed a leadership program that improved employee engagement by 25%. Loren’s background also includes experience as Vice President at Ariens Company, a $600M fourth generation family business. Throughout his career, he has been a sought-after coach and mentor in the areas of strategy creation, operational excellence, and leadership development.

Additionally, Loren serves as Board Chair of The Augustine Academy, a K4-12th grade Christ-centered classical school, and as an Elder and Life Group leader at White Stone Community Church.  Loren lives in Oconomowoc with his wife, Dawn. They have five daughters and 10 grandchildren.
