MARTIN RUESCHEN

C12 Chair since 2005

Territory Served

Prior to joining C12 as a principal chair in Southeast Louisiana, Martin held leadership roles for over 30 years in the IT, Airline, and Consulting industries. He served as Senior VP Corporate Strategy as well as Senior VP Sales and Key Account Management for Lufthansa Systems in Germany, where he was instrumental in growing revenues, expanding market share, and serving some of the world’s best and largest airlines with IT solutions in aviation, both domestically and worldwide.

He also served as Director of Sales and Marketing for General Informatics, Baton Rouge, and Director of Sales of Hogg Robinson Group in Zurich, Switzerland. In these roles, he significantly contributed to the growing success of the companies by leading and coaching his teams, and by initiating changes to strategy, processes, and organization.

He was a co-founding partner of an international executive advisement and coaching firm, and a managing partner in a boutique consulting firm in Munich, Germany, where he helped transform businesses and leaders into high-growth companies and excellent executives. Martin is passionate about helping business leaders and owners to not only improve their businesses and their lives, but to transform them to leaders living and leading businesses, people, and lives of true purpose. He strongly believes “that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose” (Romans 8:28) and he aims to be a good steward of the resources that God so generously provides.

Martin is a German native who married his Baton Rouge native wife, Keri while they both were living in Germany. In 2018 they moved to Louisiana to be closer to Keri’s aging parents, where they have since developed a growing network of friends and business partners in the South. Martin holds a master’s degree in international business, with a focus on the areas of marketing, banking, and finance.
