Matt Allmand serves as Principle Chair with C12 Business Forums in Lincoln, Nebraska. C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives, serving 4,000 members throughout the United States and internationally.

Prior to joining C12, Matt Allmand served as Manufacturing Extension Partnership Director at the University of Nebraska, responsible for Directing the University’s efforts to help manufacturers in the state. Under his leadership, the program’s project count grew by 10x helping hundreds of clients improve their revenue,  profit and technology adoption.  Matt’s background also includes experience developing and implementing turn-around strategies at several large manufacturing companies while in leadership positions. Throughout  Matt’s career, he has been a sought-after coach and mentor in the area of turn-around, manufacturing and non-profit leadership. 

Additionally, Matt has accrued 64 years of experience serving  on the board of various profit and non-profit organizations including; Love Justice International engaged in global anti-trafficking, Langham Partnership, furthering John Stott’s vision of equipping pastors and theologians around the world, private and public schools and many more. Matt lives in Lincoln, NE with his wife Lori. They have 4 daughters Sydney (21), Callie (16), Emma (13), and Evie (12)
