Paulina brings over 15 years of experience in organizational leadership, operations, and strategic growth. She has successfully co-founded and launched multiple fractional COO companies focused on helping small to mid-sized businesses, typically in the $5M–$100M revenue range, build aligned leadership teams, strengthen operational foundations, and implement systems that support sustainable growth. She is also a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), helping owners prepare for transition with clarity and confidence.

Paulina has served as a fractional COO and Integrator for dozens of entrepreneurial companies running on EOS®, leading strategic planning sessions, coaching leadership teams, and guiding organizational transformation from the inside out. Her experience spans professional services, construction, legal, financial services, and other people-intensive industries.She is also the founder of Together Grown™, a framework that equips high-achieving families with tools to lead their homes with the same intentionality they bring to their businesses. Her belief that “kingdom work starts at home” is a guiding principle in both her business and ministry calling.

Paulina holds a Master of Science degree and lives in Texas with her husband of 10 years, Stephen, and their two children, Noah and Mila. She is a member of Cottonwood Creek Church and serves on the worship team.
