Ray serves as Associate Chair with C12 Business Forums in Taipei. C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives, serving 4,000 members throughout the United States and internationally.

Prior to joining C12,  Ray served as GM, VP and Head of Business  in PepsiCo, Abbott, APP and Boehringer Ingelheim , responsible for China, Taiwan and Hong Kong with revenue ranging between US 100 to 200 million with over 100 employees. Under his leadership, Ray has led his team to deliver record high revenue, share and profit and develop strong local talents. Ray’s background also includes experience with GLS and HT Summit as facilitator and coach.  Throughout  Ray’s  career, he has been a sought-after coach and mentor in the area of General Management, leadership and Sales management across consumer, retail and health industry.

Additionally,  Ray  actively serves as group leader  of various non-profit organizations including 101 church. Ray  lives in Taipei  with his wife – Chris. They have 2 children, Emily and Amy.
