Rex Stover serves as Chair with C12 Business Forums in Northern Virginia. C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives, serving 4,000 members throughout the United States and internationally.

Prior to joining C12, Rex served as Founder and President of Mustard Seed Consulting, a business, organization, and revenue growth consulting company. He is responsible for all aspects of the company with an annual revenue of $200,000. Under his leadership the company acquired several contracts in various industries providing fractional CEO services with a particular focus on revenue growth. Rex’s background also includes experience on the Internet, Data Networking, Sub-Sea cable, and global Cloud industries having served as a global or regional sales leader with responsibility for the Fortune 2000 Enterprise space, the Hyperscale space, and the Wholesale space. Throughout Rex’s career, he has been a sought-after coach and mentor around salesperson development, sales team development, and revenue growth with a knack for developing leaders.

Additionally, Rex actively serves on the board of various non-profit organizations including Providence Academy, Independent Christian School serving JK-8th grade, II Corinthians Foundation, a 501c3 charitable organization that focuses on supporting charitable and religious organizations committed to strengthening the traditional family recognizing its’ special place as a critical building block in our society and with ministry to bring glory to God and spread Jesus’ message of grace and salvation.

Rex lives in Leesburg, VA with his wife of 29 years, Kristie. They have two children Landon (17) and Leah (14) and Leah’s dog Honey.
