Ron joined the C12 TriState Group as chair in early 2020 which was an existing group. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer of KleinBank, the 7th largest bank in Minnesota, where Ron had started as Chief Financial Officer in 2002. In 2019, Old National Bank in Evansville, Indiana acquired KleinBank. Prior to KleinBank, he was the Controller of Old National Bank from 1994 to 2002. Before joining Old National Bank, Ron was Chief Financial Officer of River Valley Savings Bank, FSB in Peoria, Illinois from 1990 to 1994. Prior to embarking on his banking career, Ron spent 11 years in public accounting with KPMG in Peoria. Ron now resides back in the Evansville area with his wife, Sally. They have been active in their local churches wherever they have lived. In Minnesota, Ron was also active in Rotary and served as President of the local club as well as in other leadership roles. They have 3 adult children and 1 grandchild.
