RUSTY COMBS

Rusty has been a member of a C12 forum in North Texas for more than seven years. His life and business have been transformed by the the counsel and community of this faith-based peer group.

As the owner of a Dallas-based environmental consulting firm, Rusty led the company through a turnaround and a period of rapid growth. Over a few years, revenue grew sevenfold, and an annual $1 million loss became healthy margins. After a successful exit to private equity, he went on to lead a technology startup turning common waste into valuable products.

Today, Rusty has answered the call to partner with business leaders who want to build excellent companies that advance the gospel in the marketplace. He brings hands-on experience in turnarounds, scaling, and exits, and he helps owners put proven best practices to work in pursuit of healthy, sustainable growth.
Above all, Rusty wants to see business leaders live whole lives, with the truth of the gospel integrated into everything they do.
