Seth comes to C12 with a vocational background that fits right in with the C12 Chair model. The first half of his professional career was spent serving as a youth, college, and young adults pastor. He was on staff with multiple Presbyterian Churches and also worked with The Navigators, who focus on 1:1 discipleship. During these professional years, he was able to pioneer new ministries along with build upon established ministries that needed some revitalization. Seth also received his Master’s of Divinity Degree from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando.

After this season, an opportunity developed to work in the marketplace in the banking industry. He rose through the ranks quickly and began to manage 50-million-dollar branches with multiple regional banks, overseeing all of their deposit and loan growth. In his role as a banking VP, Seth was able to walk shoulder-to-shoulder with owners and CEOs to help guide them in making business decisions that would put their business in a position to flourish. The experiences and knowledge he gained working in the marketplace were invaluable in understanding how to see work as ministry. You might sum up Seth’s professional journey before joining C12 as going from being a Minister to being a Minister of Finance!

Seth is an avid sports fan and loves to jog. He played football and baseball at the University of Central Florida before transferring to Ashland University in Ohio to complete his undergraduate studies. Born in Columbus, Ohio, you can find him rooting for the Ohio State Buckeyes in addition to cheering on his alma mater, the UCF Knights, . He has taken advantage of living on the west coast of Florida by becoming a certified scuba diver and spearfishing enthusiast. He considers it an absolute honor to now be partnering with business owners and CEOs to help them build great businesses for a greater purpose! Seth has learned two primary lessons about the Lord as he looks back at the paths that led him to his C12 Chair role: that He is faithful and He will direct our steps for His Glory!
