Along with the proven value of C12’s peer advisory forums and unsurpassed resources, Steve brings a unique blend of experience gained through a combined 40+ years of defense industry engineering management, software business ownership, church planting, pastoral ministry, and leadership coaching. Steve’s proudest accomplishment, however, is being a husband to Pam, father to eight grown children, and grandfather and chief milkshake-maker to six grandchildren.
