Victor Chang serves as Associate Chair with C12 Business Forums in Taipei, Taiwan. C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives, serving 4,000 members throughout the United States and internationally. 

While joining C12, Victor is a Managing Consultant in Korn Ferry, a global organizational consulting firm, responsible for the professional and executive search business in the Greater China region. Under his leadership, the professional search business line was launched in Taiwan as well as accounts were brought in that are now considered as the company’s key clients.  Victor’s background also includes experience with software & IT engineering at IBM and TSMC in Silicon Valley, USA.  Besides technical positions he also assumed commercial roles such as procurement, sales & marketing manager for major high-tech brand & contract manufacturing companies, such as ASUS. Throughout Victor’s career, he has been a sought-after coach and mentor in the areas of tech and consulting. 

Additionally,  Victor actively serves on the board of non-profit organization, Family First Association. Victor lives in Taipei with his wife, Karen Sung. They have a son, Ian Chang.
