No sales pitch, just one hour with peers who take leadership seriously.
Everyone who registers will receive two practical tools after the event: Peter Greer’s Relational Constellation Map for assessing the health of your key relationships, and C12’s Life and Leadership Balance Wheel for identifying where your life and leadership may be out of alignment.
The leaders who lose their way rarely see it coming.
They are capable. They have track records. Many of them have strong values and genuine faith. The drift doesn’t start with a bad decision. It starts with busyness that crowds out reflection, success that reduces honest feedback, and isolation that makes course-correction harder the longer it goes.
Peter Greer has spent two decades leading one of the world’s most respected faith-based organizations. He has also studied, up close, what happens when leaders don’t stay grounded. His findings are less about moral failure and more about structural ones: the relationships that quietly disappear, the accountability that slowly becomes ceremonial, the identity that shifts from calling to performance.
This webinar is a chance to look at that honestly. With peers. Without agenda.
This webinar is for you if…
- You lead a business with real complexity — people, capital, decisions that have consequences
- You’ve watched a leader you respected lose their way, and you’ve thought about what you would do differently
- Your calendar is full but your sense of alignment is harder to locate than it used to be
- You want accountability that’s honest, not just supportive
- You’d rather have a direct conversation among serious leaders than sit through another webinar
