The 2025 Bob Mack C12 Hero Awards

For more than two decades, C12 has honored exceptional leaders who boldly integrate faith and business, demonstrating what it means to steward a company for God’s glory. In 2023, this prestigious award was renamed the Bob Mack C12 Hero Award in memory of the man who first introduced C12 founder Buck Jacobs to the vision of dedicating a business to Christ. Bob was more than a mentor—he was a trusted friend, business partner, and a living example of how to pursue both success and significance through faith.
The Hero Award recognizes leaders who embody this same calling. These individuals have been part of C12 for at least five years and have demonstrated extraordinary faithfulness, servant leadership, trust in God, perseverance through adversity, and courage in advancing ministry through their businesses.
This year, at CURRENT25—the world’s largest gathering of Christian business leaders—11 outstanding individuals were recognized as the 2025 Bob Mack C12 Heroes.
