FRANK KITONGA
Frank Kitonga began his career in the corporate sector, holding senior roles at multinational firms such as Unilever, Nestlé, and the BoP Innovation Center. Early on, he discerned a clear calling to serve as a priest in the marketplace — a conviction that has shaped his leadership journey over the last two decades.
His professional path led him from supply chain development into coaching and strategic advisory, where he discovered his passion for equipping entrepreneurs to lead with purpose and Kingdom impact. Frank is the Founder and Lead Trainer at Blueflame International, a business training and coaching firm that has supported over 250 Kingdom-minded businesses across Africa, Europe, and the U.S., impacting more than 3,000 employees over the past 8 years.
As a certified business trainer, consultant, and life coach, Frank specializes in helping CEOs and executive teams build sustainable, scalable, and biblically grounded organizations. His heart is to see the African continent transformed through Christ-centered business leadership and economic discipleship.
Frank’s journey into C12 is a natural continuation of his lifelong mission. His vision is to raise 10,000 Kingdom businesses by 2035—each with an average turnover of $2 million and employing at least 350 people—as part of a broader movement for societal renewal and spiritual transformation in Africa.
Frank and his wife, Grace, have five children and live in Nairobi. Together, they have served in ministry since 1988. Frank is passionate about theological study, mentoring emerging leaders, and helping entrepreneurs thrive at the intersection of faith and business excellence.
Frank’s life verse is:
“This is what the Lord says: ‘In the time of my favor I will answer you, and in the day of salvation I will help you… I will make you to be a covenant for the people… to restore the land and to reassign its desolate inheritances.’”
— Isaiah 49:8–13
