Through years of formal business and theological education, practical business experience, seminary teaching, pastoral leadership, and personal growth, God has prepared me to lead and equip His people for effective service. Having personally experienced God’s love I have a passion to teach His people to understand and appropriate their rich inheritance in God to live effective and productive lives through the ministry of the Holy Spirit.

PETER SIMPSON

Peter is a dreamer who believes “with God, all things are possible.” He is blessed to be married to Jeanne since 1993 and together they have 4 amazing children. In his free time, he enjoys basketball, biking, and anything with his family.  Peter graduated from Auburn University in mechanical engineering and started his career dreaming up new product designs and leading project teams for companies such as Diversified Products Exercise Equipment, Sunbeam, Haworth, Trane, and Whirlpool.  While working in Nashville, he completed a Master’s in Management of Technology at Vanderbilt University.  Shortly after completing his degree, he and his family moved to China.  Peter co-founded TAG trading company in 2005 and started Transformation Management Consulting (TMC) in 2012.  TMC helped foster healthy growth for their small and medium-sized business clients. In 2018 he returned to Huntsville, AL and began his new role as a C12 Chair.  Peter is thrilled to team with Murray and the local team to equip and inspire executives and business owners of North Alabama to build GREAT Businesses for a GREATER Purpose. RUSSELL HADEN

Before joining C12, Russell served as the CEO of a multinational technology company. Russell’s career in executive leadership started with Boeing as an electrical design engineer for Secret aerospace projects, before launching into Technology Business Development at Intel. Russell later left Intel to begin a path of founding and leading multiple companies within the electronics technology sector for over 25 years, providing R&D driven Business Development, Products, and Services. Russell’s journey has included domestic and international engagements in the US, China, Japan, South America, and Europe. The opportunity to be a part of C12 is an incredible platform to help CEOs and business owners integrate their faith and business in a safe, encouraging and accountable environment.

JASON MANN

For over 25 years, Jason has served in executive leadership roles overseeing sales, marketing, and product development. Jason has always been a coach at heart and loves studying leadership at all levels. He is very excited to be a part of C12 where he can support the mission of helping Christian CEOs build great businesses for a greater purpose. Jason lives in Birmingham, AL with his wife Michelle.
