It can be lonely at the top, but it doesn’t have to be.

We know leaders limit their potential when they lead from isolation. But, when surrounded by trusted advisors with a common goal and a biblical worldview, they can maximize performance and energize cultures. With faith as the foundation, this powerful group of peers meet in an exclusive, confidential forums to have their questions answered and their answers questioned.

BILL JOLLY

Bill Jolly’s career is marked by extensive domestic and international experience with senior leadership roles at Procter & Gamble and Scott Paper while living in Geneva, Singapore, Hong Kong and Jakarta. After attending Youth with a Mission in Hawaii, Bill shifted careers and became a partner in a boutique investment bank which provided innovative financial solutions for start-up and small-cap companies. Bill has served on several public and private company Boards including Integrity Media, for many years the largest independent Christian music company. Bill is called and passionate to help entrepreneurs fully integrate their faith to better serve their customers, employees, suppliers, and partners. C12 provides a proven platform for Christian business leaders to do this. Bill loves his local church and seeks ways to support the pastors, worship team and business ministries. Bill and his wife, Susan, have two awesome sons, a wonderful daughter-in-law and live near the Green in Branford, Connecticut.

“C12 is everything I was looking for and more of what I didn’t know I needed. My peers challenge me in my blind spots, love me in hard times, and encourage me to glorify God in the way I lead my team. It’s a home for business leaders.”
