Robert Ming

Robert Ming is the founding partner of Quadrant Law Group, a law firm specializing in technology, vendor, and procurement contract negotiation and management. Robert is a two-time former mayor of Laguna Niguel, California, where he also served on the City Council for eight years. He has served on various regional, nonprofit, and civic boards, is chairman of the Board of Stoneybrooke Christian Schools, and was founding president of the Association of California Cities. Robert joined C12 in 2016, shortly after Quadrant’s formation. He has long felt called to inspire others to find God’s greater purpose for their lives, so C12’s mission immediately resonated with him.
