As C12’s vice president of field operations, Mark leads a team that directly supports more than 140 full-time Chairs who equip over 3,200 C12 members. He is passionate about helping leaders mobilize wisdom in their lives and businesses. In the last two years, C12 membership has grown 35% as Mark has driven Chair performance, brand execution, continuous development, and accountability.
