STEVE SARGENT

Steve Sargent serves as the Principal Chair with C12 Business Forums in South Florida. C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives, serving 4,000 members throughout the United States and internationally. As a facilitator, catalyst, strategist and developer, Steve has spent more than 20 years helping leaders and organizations to thrive. He is deeply passionate about helping Christian leaders experience breakthroughs, individually and organizationally, that send ripples through the lives of those in their care and beyond.  Prior to joining C12, Steve was the owner of a healthcare management company.  Under his leadership, the organization was transformed from a $2M company with a single location, 25 employees and a toxic culture to a thriving team of 150 with a 95% employee engagement score, and an extraordinary expansion to 5 locations and a company valuation of more than $35M.  Steve’s journey as an entrepreneur and executive consultant spans multiple industries including retail, restaurant, marketing, technology, manufacturing, education, healthcare, non-profit, ministry and more. Throughout Steve’s career, he has been a sought-after coach and mentor in the area of StratOps, Visioneering, People and Culture, and Organizational Breakthroughs. Additionally, Steve remains actively involved as a Volunteer Staff Leader for Marked Men for Christ, a global ministry committed to building stronger men for Jesus Christ through ongoing transformative experiences and authentic relationships. Steve lives in Palm Beach Gardens with his wife, Christina. They have two adult children, Nick and Hannah, and a beloved Cavapoo, Juno. Steve’s life verse is, “But as for me, it is good for me to draw near to God; I have made the Lord GOD my refuge and placed my trust in Him, That I may tell of all Your works.” – Psalm 73:28

ERIC BUCHER

Eric Bucher has always had a passion for entrepreneurship. At just 13, he launched his first business mowing lawns in his parents’ neighborhood. By summer’s end, he had saved $3,000-enough to open his first stock portfolio. By age 22, Eric owned 13 rental units across three counties while also pursuing Microsoft certifications through evening classes. In 2006, at age 26, Eric relocated to South Florida, where he now lives with his wife, Yolanda and their 11 years old son, Xander. In 2009, Eric founded Quantified IT, growing the company from a single employee to a 45 person team with offices in West Palm Beach, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia. In 2021, he successfully merged Quantified IT with Applied Innovations to form QIT Solutions, a managed IT services company delivering end-to-end technology solutions from AI development to helpdesk support. In April 2023, while on a conference call, Eric suffered a massive heart attack, an event that would change his life’s trajectory forever. The smallest of fears in the recesses of Eric’s psyche became insurmountable mountains and within months he found himself on bended knee begging the Lord to either take him now or to use him here on Earth as an empty vessel. That night the Lord revealed Himself to Eric and has used Him each day to spread the Good News to those who are lost or seeking. Now, two years later, to the day on October 17th, 2025 Eric will be serving C12 as a missionprenuer, changing the world by advancing the Gospel in the marketplace a calling the Lord put on his heart, aligning life’s purpose of glorifying God in all that we do and his passion of entrepreneurship.
