As an Executive Leader with over 25 years of experience in church and business leadership, Rick McGee has a proven track record of helping leaders maximize their potential. His roles as Executive Pastor, Leadership Coach, and Management at Apple, have equipped Rick to come alongside business leaders as a Chair with C12. He is skilled in leadership coaching and organizational management, with a Master’s Degree in Leadership & Spirituality. Rick’s calling is to help Christian CEO’s and Owner’s connect Sunday to Monday. His desire at C12 is to see every Christian CEO and Owner turn their earthly success into eternal significance. 

Rick has had decades of public speaking experience and has been privileged to speak to many Christian leaders over the years. He loves to facilitate meetings that challenge leaders to grow and be accountable to their God given gifts. Rick is an encourager of the heart and is highly relational. 

He has been married for 30 years to his amazing wife Angel. They have 2 incredible adult kids, Jonathan and Katie and one awesome son-in-law, Craig. Rick loves time with his Family, Travel, Star Wars, Hockey, Coffee, and Classical Music.
