Worked for 18 years at Unilever, where he held different positions such as: Sales Supervisor, District Manager, and Southern Regional Manager of one of the divisions of this multinational. He attended countless courses and training courses focused on leadership and business management.
Later, he founded a sportswear factory, with sportswear stores in Paraná and Santa Catarina, where he worked for 25 years. He was also a partner and director of PolloShop Company, working in the Shopping Center industry, with four malls in Curitiba. At PolloShop he held the positions of Commercial Director, Unit Director and CEO for 30 years.
During his entire career, he always had a strong performance in directing, training, and stimulating people to reach their goals and objectives.
