THIAGO NIEWEGLOWSKI

With a 15-year solid background in the field of Finance and Pensions, he has acquired valuable experience, enriched by an academic background in Business Administration and Theology, a postgraduate degree in Finance, an MBA in Closed Supplementary Pensions and an MBA in Personal and Family Financial Planning, as well as dual certification with an emphasis on administration and investments, recognized by the ICSS and CPA-20 certification by ANBIMA, which has allowed him to work as an Investment, Pensions and Finance Consultant. He currently has leadership roles as CEO of C12 Brasil and President of the Mais Futuro Pension Fund.  He is a member of Technical Commissions, Committees and Councils in the areas of Pensions, Economics and Finance and Director of the Paraná Administrators’ Union, which has solidified his position as a reference in the segment. In addition to his professional commitment, he is passionate about Financial and Pension Education, sharing his knowledge as a speaker and guest commentator in various media, podcasts, events, schools and churches in Brazil and abroad. He also teaches postgraduate and MBA courses at two universities, sharing his knowledge and experience with students and professionals in training, contributing to the growth of the financial and pension sector. Beyond the professional environment, together with his wife, they have served as Pastors for 5 years. Married for 15 years and blessed with two children, they love and value family time, making it their first ministry. They feel called by God to this area, which is why they started the Family 4.12 YouTube channel, where they share Christian content on family issues. They also actively participate in social and community initiatives, seeking to make a difference in people’s lives beyond the professional sphere, putting God above all things and making Jesus known through their lives.

MURILO HADDAD

Murilo has 30 years of professional experience in the area of training and people management and corporate auditing. He started his career in an advertising and political marketing company and was responsible for training the commercial team of the first computer school in Brazil and later became director of the Curitiba unit of this same school for 17 years. He also participated for 3 years as a strategy manager for a professional replacement company, as well as a partner in other companies and also has training in Leader and Life Coaching. Murilo graduated in business administration and is currently studying Psychology.

His experience covers all areas of operations, development, technical sales and after-sales, in addition to financial responsibilities, where the results were significant in the consolidation of commercial and financial relationships. Committed to the mission of serving people, supporting them in their integral development, Glauco delivers solutions and business value, through work with multidisciplinary teams, being responsible for global projects during 2 years of experience in Germany. Fluency in English with good communication skills in German and Spanish. Ministerially, he is responsible for a care network in small multiplier groups, as well as for the ministry of “Married Couples” in the Bacacheri Baptist Church, in Curitiba. With 18 years of professional experience, developed in medium and large refrigeration and air conditioning companies operating throughout the national territory, I had occupied strategic positions on technical and commercial area. I held the role of Black Belt working on improving manufacturing processes and Development and monitoring of improvement projects aimed at reducing waste, increasing quality and productivity using the following tools and methodologies: Kanban, Six Sigma, 8D, Cause and Effect Diagram. Extensive experience in customer service, problem solving, team coordination, having developed an executive carrier in one of the largest Air Conditioning companies of the world. Graduated in Production Engineering.

ANISIO ROMANINI

Anisio holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting, a Bachelor degree in Theology, and a post-grad degree in Business. Worked for 18 years at Unilever, where he held different positions such as: Sales Supervisor, District Manager, and Southern Regional Manager of one of the divisions of this multinational. He attended countless courses and training courses focused on leadership and business management. Later, he founded a sportswear factory, with sportswear stores in Paraná and Santa Catarina, where he worked for 25 years. He was also a partner and director of PolloShop Company, working in the Shopping Center industry, with four malls in Curitiba. At PolloShop he held the positions of Commercial Director, Unit Director and CEO for 30 years. During his entire career, he always had a strong performance in directing, training, and stimulating people to reach their goals and objectives.

MAURO GAMBOA

Business entrepreneur in the area of Information Technology – Business Intelligence, with over 30 years of professional experience, working with people management and projects for technological innovation. The several years in the consulting business provided a solid experience sedimented through the performance in numerous companies of various sizes, performing activities from commercialization to project management, in Brazil and Latin America. GIOVANI FACHINI

Giovani has over 35 years of professional experience in the public and private sector. He served as an Officer of the Military Police of Santa Catarina for three decades and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. Since then, he has specialized in the commercial, sales and marketing areas, and he is currently a partner in a Mediation and Arbitration Company in Joinville-SC. He has always acted in several strategic, tactical, and pedagogical roles. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree, a postgraduate degree in Public Security and a degree in Theology. He has deep knowledge of various dispute resolution techniques. Giovani’s main skill is to act as a conflict pacifier. He is also a facilitator of Non-Violent Communication (CNV), Mediation and Negotiation.

TARCÍSIO LOFFI

Tarcisio holds a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences degree and has been an entrepreneur in this segment for 29 years. Has experience as a Business Consultant and Advisor, Judicial and Extrajudicial Accounting Expert and Master Coach. In addition to being a theologian, Tarcisio is an Auxiliary Pastor and Leader of the Entrepreneurs’ Ministry at Jardim de Deus Evangelical Church. He is currently Vice President of ACJ – Associação Cristã Joinvillense. As a Coach, his work focus in on restoration and wedding counseling. Member of AdHoNEP – Associação de Homens de Negócio do Evangelho Pleno [Gospel Business Men Association], Where he has served as President, Vice President and Director of Partners. His greatest passion is to be useful so that lives are changed and renewed for the ministry of Jesus Christ.

CESAR MENEZES

City of Brazil: Campinas -SP Cesar is passionate about Jesus and life, seeking to have God as the focus of his life. He is a member of the Redemption Baptist Church (Red), in the city of Indaiatuba, and a small group leader together with his wife, besides actively serving in other ministries. Blessed by God with a 17 years’ marriage and two beautiful children. He started his career in sales in 1995, having worked in several segments. In 2002, he opened his own company in the state of São Paulo, where he worked with several brands in the textile segment for 19 years. Since 2021, he has been acting as a Consultant and Mentor for companies, helping in the development and strengthening of the Sales Department. In his search for continuous improvement, he developed his skills through several courses and trainings, including Empretec, Sales Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, Development and Leadership, and a Sales Management graduation.
