Graduated in Business Management / Marketing in the USA. Specialized in strategic planning, marketing and people management. In the last decade, Carlos has worked as a mentor and trainer of teams and leaders for high performance, being a founding partner of Carlos Esau Mentoring. In the Christian/ministerial field, he is a graduate of ETM – Ministerial Training School and Haggai Institute – Singapore, acting as a regular guest lecturer at the Haggai training center in Hawaii,and as the state representative of Haggai Brazil. He has a strong background and experience with new business development, innovation, administrative and commercial areas, mid-sized and family companies. Certified by John Maxwell – USA, acts as a speaker, trainer and coach for leaders and executives adopting the knowledge and content base of John Maxwell Team in constant evolution. Fluent in English and with good ability in German and Spanish.
