Cesar is passionate about Jesus and life, seeking to have God as the focus of his life.
He is a member of the Redemption Baptist Church (Red), in the city of Indaiatuba, and a small group leader together with his wife, besides actively serving in other ministries.
Blessed by God with a 17 years’ marriage and two beautiful children.
He started his career in sales in 1995, having worked in several segments. In 2002, he opened his own company in the state of São Paulo, where he worked with several brands in the textile segment for 19 years.
Since 2021, he has been acting as a Consultant and Mentor for companies, helping in the development and strengthening of the Sales Department.
In his search for continuous improvement, he developed his skills through several courses and trainings, including Empretec, Sales Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, Development and Leadership, and a Sales Management graduation.
