Chris Bennett is a retired US Air Force officer living in Monument, CO with his wife Molly. They have four children, with only one still at home enjoying the benefits of homeschooling. As a leader, he believes strongly in the value of mentoring and developing relationships through communication and interpersonal engagement. He emphasizes and practices trust and delegation through empowerment, using servant-leadership principles, putting into practice adding value to others through focused individual attention, and utilizing deliberate engagement and feedback processes. He is an enthusiastic, people-focused individual who believes in the strength of personal connection, one relationship at a time. He understands and has experienced that individual relationships provide the opportunity to mentor and develop oneself and others. He has 50 years of life experience, 30+ years of USAF service, and thousands of miles of road and trail running. He and Molly attend Woodmen Valley Chapel, Monument Campus, as their church home. The Bennett family enjoys traveling, mostly in an RV, and is joined by two cats and one sheep-a-doodle named Jules.
