David Myllymaki serves as a Chair with C12 Business Forums in Southwest Washington, working alongside Christian CEOs, owners, and executives to build great businesses for a greater purpose. C12 is the world’s leading peer-learning organization for Christian business leaders, serving over 4,000 members across the U.S. and internationally.
David brings more than three decades of leadership and entrepreneurial experience to his role with C12. After a fulfilling career in the home construction businesses, he transitioned into full-time coaching and consulting, working with contractors and business owners to improve profitability, streamline operations, and unlock transformative growth. Through his coaching practice, David has helped leaders clarify vision, strengthen teams, and achieve sustainable results.
A lifelong learner and leader, David is passionate about helping business owners integrate faith and leadership in ways that impact both their companies and their communities. His work is grounded in the belief that business is a powerful platform for ministry and transformation.
David and his wife, Kristi, live in Southwest Washington and are blessed to be surrounded by their four adult children — Becca, Brooke (married to Tyrone), Luke, and Brinna (married to David). Together, they delight in their growing family and are proud grandparents of five.
He has also served in multiple leadership roles within his community, including his current position as Chairman of the Apostolic Lutheran Church of America Central Board.
