Kathie became the Principal Chair of C12’s Greater Phoenix area on April 1, 2026, a role that unites her professional expertise and servant leadership to equip Christian CEOs and owners to build great businesses for a greater purpose. Her career spans executive leadership at major corporations including the Dial Corporation, Farmers Insurance, and WorkBoard, as well as ownership of a vertically integrated furniture manufacturing and retail business with locations throughout the southwest. She has also served as a strategic advisor through consultancies such as C3, Ferrazzi Greenlight, and MAP, guiding C-suite leaders through business transformations, cultural change, and dynamic market cycles.
